The composition has from 75 to 98% by weight of a powder or a mixture of powders, as well as at least one cosmetically acceptable fatty phase having at least one oil. The composition additionally includes a block copolymer of at least one styrene polymer and of at least one olefin polymer, the olefin being other than styrene, or a mixture of these block copolymers.
