Zusammenfassung:	A golf training device is described, and which forms an aiming point which is directed towards a golf ball by the correct positioning of a golfer's head and body, and wherein the aiming point assists the golfer in positioning and maintaining the golfer's head and body in an appropriate orientation relative to the golf ball so that the golfer may continually view the aiming point which is directed towards the golf ball through at least a portion of the golf swing of a golfer to strike the golf ball and thereby achieve improved golfing performance.
