Zusammenfassung:A system and method of enhancing the lead exchange process simultaneously and in real-time calculates a quality index of a lead or plurality of leads within the lead exchange process. The quality index provide a measure of the quality of the leads with the lead exchange process. The calculations are done electronically by a computer system and are based on differences to the mean, allowing for relative indices, which permit the use in a dynamic environment.
