Zusammenfassung:A disposable self-powered biomedical sensor comprises a printed wet electrode on a substrate sheet. The wet electrode is provided with an electrolyte element to enhance the electrical contact with a surface to be measured. Moreover, a printed battery encapsulated in a hermetically sealed compartment is provided on the substrate sheet. The disposable self-powered sensor can be stored within an enclosure or a package which provides a proper atmosphere to prevent the drying of the electrolyte and prolong the shelf life of the sensors.
