Zusammenfassung:	An organizational chart view can include a plurality of icons each representing a person in an organization that are arranged to reflect a hierarchical organizational structure of the organization. A received first user input can include designation of two or more of the plurality of icons as part of a selected population, and a received second user input can include a selection of an analytical view to be applied to the selected population. The organizational chart view can be morphed to the selected analytical view, for example by generating animation effects to translate the plurality of icons in the selected population to form the selected analytical view.
