Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	A seat and seat back assembly includes a seat back moveable between an upright position and a horizontal position. A support panel is connected to the seat back for pivoting movement of the support panel between a first position supporting the seat back upright, and a second position wherein the seat back is moveable into the horizontal position. A biasing mechanism serves to urge the support panel into the first position when the seat back is moved into an upright position. When the support panel is moved into the second position this allows the seat back assembly to move into the horizontal position without dropping unrestricted.
