Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a method of preparing a modified conjugated diene-based polymer, including (a) polymerizing a conjugated diene monomer, or a conjugated diene monomer and an aromatic vinyl monomer, using the compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 in the presence of a solvent, thus obtaining an active polymer having a metal end, and (b) modifying the active polymer with the compound represented by Chemical Formula 2.
