The method further includes repeatedly receiving, at the server, reports of the client, wherein each of the reports comprises a status of each of a plurality of client properties. The method further includes determining, at the server, a characteristic of the set of client properties based at least in part on the reports, and determining, at the server, a level of service for executing the task based at least in part on the characteristic of the set of client properties.
