Zusammenfassung:	A liquid crystal display is provided. The liquid crystal display includes a first substrate, and a first electrode and a second electrode formed overlapping with each other on the first substrate, wherein a first insulating layer is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The liquid crystal display further includes a light blocking member formed on the second electrode, a first spacer and a second spacer formed on the light blocking member, and a second substrate facing the first substrate.
