Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a temporary composite scaffold comprising discrete ECM particles formed as a fistula plug. We demonstrate that when using scaffolds containing ECM material, higher concentrations of ECM surprisingly do not give better cell morphology. Concentrations lower than 60% (w/w) are sufficient to obtain the best cell morphology and distribution.
