Zusammenfassung:	In one embodiment, an apparatus can include: (i) a power converter having an output terminal configured to supply power for a load; (ii) a first switch coupled between the power converter and an input voltage; (iii) a second switch coupled between a battery and the output terminal of the power converter; (iv) a PWM controller configured to control a switching state of a power transistor in the power converter; (v) a mode-switching circuit configured to select a charging mode or a discharging mode based on a voltage of the battery and a charging current; and (vi) a charging-discharging circuit configured to control the second switch based on the mode selection.
