Zusammenfassung:	A system may receive information indicating that an amount of content, buffered by a user device, is below a threshold amount that is associated with an attribute of the content; and/or information indicating that delivered content exceeds capabilities of the user device. The content may be provided to the user device by a content delivery network ("CDN"). The system may determine whether the CDN has available resources to provide the content to the user device at a bandwidth that is based on the attribute; instruct, when the CDN has the available resources, the CDN to reallocate resources to provide the content to the user device at the particular bandwidth; and switch, when the CDN does not have the available resources, delivery of the content to another CDN. The system may have a global of view of CDNs, and may reallocate CDN resources more intelligently, thus optimizing network resource utilization.
