The self-locking insert includes an insert body having an outer surface, a bore extending through the insert body, the bore defining an inner surface, a self-locking feature configured to engage a holder to retain the self-locking insert in a predetermined position, and a de-lashing feature configured to interference fittingly engage the holder.
