Zusammenfassung:	A mobile communication device may include a universal integrated circuit card to store a plurality of mobile network operator (MNO) profiles. The mobile communication device may further include logic configured to retrieve the stored plurality of MNO profiles from the UICC; obtain a list of available MNOs by communicating with base stations located within a transmission range of the mobile communication device; obtain a list of partner MNOs from a subscription system; filter the obtained list of available MNOs based on the obtained list of partner MNOs; and display selectable MNOs based on the retrieved MNO profiles and based on the filtered list of available MNOs.
