Zusammenfassung:	A performance data collection unit collects the performance data of managed CPUs from a performance measurement unit. A grouping unit compares the collected performance data with each other, forms groups of CPUs whose performance data is approximate to each other, and selects a representative CPU of each group. A performance data transmission unit transmits the collected performance data to a performance data management apparatus that accumulates and manages the performance data. In this connection, the performance data of the representative CPUs of the groups is transmitted at specified transmission intervals, and the performance data of the other CPUs of the groups is transmitted at transmission intervals that are longer than the specified transmission intervals.
