The enclosure thus acts as part of an overall device and also contains the embedded power cell, eliminating the need for dedicated packaging for the power cell. In one implementation, a low-profile lithium ion battery with a polymerized electrolyte may be sealed within the enclosure. Other devices such as a cell temperature sensor, battery controller, and so forth may also be embedded within the enclosure. |
