Zusammenfassung:	A process for providing a predetermined quantity of a particulate material in which the particulate material is deposited on a defined area of a sticky surface of a substrate. The process is suitable for deposition of particulate drug material on a substrate such as a strip form substrate which can then be compacted to provide a delivery device for delivering the predetermined quantity of the particulate material. Such a delivery device, and an apparatus to perform the process, comprise further aspects of the invention.
