Zusammenfassung:	An array-type battery power management apparatus includes at least two battery power management apparatuses. Each battery power management apparatus has a bus unit and at least one battery power integration unit. The battery power integration unit has a battery module and a charging-discharging module. The battery module has a first positive conductive terminal and a first negative conductive terminal. The charging-discharging module has a second positive conductive terminal and a second negative conductive terminal. The second positive conductive terminal is directly connected to the first positive conductive terminal and the second negative conductive terminal is directly connected to the first negative conductive terminal, thus directly electrically connecting to the battery module and the charging-discharging module.
