Zusammenfassung:	A system and method are disclosed for loading content such as a software program onto a computing device in a computing environment using a network. Applications are prepared for downloading by using multiple compilers to target an application for multiple computing environments. The multiple compiled applications are assembled into a software container that can be stored on a web server on a network and accessed to download the appropriate application to a computing device depending upon the computing environment available on the computing device.
