The battery pack includes a battery cell unit including battery cells connected in series, a charge/discharge switch connected between the battery cell unit and charge/discharge terminals, a charge/discharge controller controlling the charge/discharge switch to charge or discharge the battery cell unit, and a voltage converter electrically connected in parallel to the charge/discharge switch and dropping a voltage of the battery cell unit, and outputting the dropped voltage as power of the charge/discharge controller.
