The stepped portion of the back plate including a plurality of circular sectors and locating surfaces at predetermined locations on the outer circumference. A cutter ring is adapted to mount on an outer circumference of the stepped portion of the back plate, and a fastening member is adapted to connect the cutter ring with the back plate.
