Zusammenfassung:	A docking station and an electronic apparatus using the same are provided. The electronic apparatus includes a portable computer and a docking station. The docking station includes a body, a base and a connecter, and the portable computer is detachably connected to the docking station. The base is movably connected to the body. The connecter disposed on the base is movable with the base relative to the body. The body is electrically connected to the portable computer via the connecter, and thus the portable computer can move relative to the docking station.
