Zusammenfassung:A case for a warhead having a plurality of elongated wires which are braided or woven together to form a mesh which is formed into the shape corresponding to the warhead case. The mesh is impregnated with a polymer matrix which, upon curing, forms a rigid warhead case. At least some of the elongated wires include notches at selected locations which form fracture points which shape a blast from a subsequent explosion of the warhead.
