The attachment device may include a strap connected to a movable member that permits the position of the strap to be adjusted in order to secure the device to support structures having a variety of cross-sectional shapes and sizes. In addition, the attachment device may include one or more coupling features configured for removably securing the attachment device to a children's accessory.
