Zusammenfassung:	An adjusting device for a vehicle component, in particular for the seat back of a vehicle seat, has a first and a second fitting part which are disposed along an axis of rotation. The relative position of the two fitting parts with respect to one another can be changed. A torque is transmitted by a drive to a gear which rolls on the second fitting part and thereby adjusts the second fitting part.
