Zusammenfassung:	The present invention refers to: 1) the method for the production of recombinant FVIII in human Sk-Hep-1 cells, comprising von Willebrand Factor (vWF) and 2) the population of human cells transduced with a vector encoding the clotting protein (FVIII). The technical object of the present patent application is intended for the cultivation of human cells in suspension and in adhesion and isolation of the culture medium containing the desired protein. The object of the invention is to provide a safer product (free of potential human viruses), that is cheaper and more stable, by means of a method that provides sufficient amounts and on industrial scale to meet the National demand.
