Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a device for fastening a compressible areal structure to a body part of a vehicle having at least one connecting element and at least one counterpart element, which subject to fixing a compressible areal structure to a body part can be connected to each other. It is provided that the counterpart element comprises a mounting, into which the connecting element for connecting to the counterpart element can be inserted, wherein the mounting allows a movement of the connecting element relative to the counterpart element subject to maintaining the fixing of areal structure and body part. The invention furthermore relates to an arrangement of body part, compressible areal structure and at least one device for fastening the areal structure to the body part. The body part can be a window support, in particular for the windshield of a vehicle, and the areal structure can be a sound/and a heat-insulating structure.
