Zusammenfassung:	A fastening member includes a bolt and a nut for attaching a compressor to a vehicle body. A non-circular relative rotation prevention portion is formed below a head portion of the bolt. A washer is non-rotatably press fitted around the relative rotation prevention portion. Before the attachment, the head portion and the washer are temporarily fixed with a space generated therebetween. An elastic body, which is attached to the compressor, is disposed between the washer and the nut. A cylindrical member is provided at an inner circumference of the elastic body. As a result, when the nut is screwed, an axial force of the nut is transmitted to the washer via the cylindrical member, and the space between the washer and the head portion is reduced, completing the attachment.
