The fastening assembly includes a fastener, a fixing member, an elastic member, and a pressing member. The fixing member defines a second restricting groove. The fastener sleeves on the fixing member and the elastic member. The fastener engages with the support member, and then the elastic member is resisted between the fixing member and the fastener, thereby generating an elastic force to drive the fixing member to abut against the fixing portion. The pressing member slidably engages with the support member and resists the fixing member.
