Zusammenfassung:	A control device of a motor vehicle having a noise transmission system and an exhaust system, wherein the noise transmission system has, for manipulating an interior noise of the motor vehicle, at least one intake noise transmission device which can be coupled via a first tubular connecting element to an air intake pipe leading to an internal combustion engine, the first tubular connecting element being assigned a switchable shut-off device, and which can be coupled via a second tubular connecting element to a vehicle interior, wherein the exhaust system has at least one switchable shut-off device for manipulating an exterior noise of the motor vehicle, and wherein the control device manipulates the operation of the noise transmission system and of the exhaust system jointly as a function of an actuation of a common operating element by the driver.
