Zusammenfassung:	The invention is directed toward an instrumentation kit used to replace a damaged human knee joint meniscus with an allograft meniscus implant. The kit includes a workstation having a base and upright end sections with a clamping assembly is mounted on the end sections and a movable cutting guide mounted to a side wall of each end section. The tibia is then drilled with a drill to a desired depth and length and a groove is formed in the tibia with an osteotome so that the width is the same as the width of the bone base of the meniscus implant which has been trimmed in the workstation.
