Use of polyalkyl (meth)acrylates in lubricating oil compositions

The invention relates to the use of polyalkyl ester for reducing the temperature in a lubricating oil composition. The polyalkyl ester has a specific viscosity sp/c of between 5 and 30 ml/g, measured in chloroform at 25° C.
