Zusammenfassung:	The bearing assembly concept includes a floating seal arrangement. In one form, a bearing assembly comprises a first bearing member and a second bearing member that is oriented adjacent to the first bearing member. A plurality of bearings is positioned between the first bearing member and the second bearing member. A shield is engaged with the first bearing member, and a floating seal is slidably engaged with the shield and the second bearing member. The shield captures the floating seal adjacent to the second bearing member.
