Zusammenfassung:	Stent delivery systems and methods for making and using stent delivery systems are disclosed. An example stent delivery system may include an inner member. A sheath may be disposed about the inner member. The sheath may include a proximal portion and a distal portion. The proximal portion of the sheath may define a first inner diameter and the distal portion of the sheath may define a second inner diameter greater than the first inner diameter. A bumper may be disposed about the inner member. The bumper may have an outer diameter that is greater than the first inner diameter of the sheath and that is less than the second inner diameter of the sheath.
