Zusammenfassung:	The invention proposes a computer system for creating at least one machine-readable file for a medical treatment apparatus, with a database for providing at least one parameter set, an input device for inputting data regarding the flow behavior of the medical treatment apparatus as parameter set; an output device for creating and outputting a flow definition output file taking into account the input data; and a converting device for creating at least one machine-readable file or machine-readable data in a storage medium utilizing at least the parameter set. Further, a corresponding method, a data medium and a medical apparatus are specified.
