Zusammenfassung:	A regulating member for a wristwatch movement includes a balance having at least one mobile magnet and a magnetic return member having at least one fixed permanent magnet. The permanent magnet engages with the mobile magnet of the balance, so as to generate a mechanical restoring torque for bringing the balance towards at least one resting position. The regulating member further includes an escapement for transmitting pulses to the balance so as to move the balance away from the resting position, and at least one yoke made of a ferromagnetic material for concentrating a magnetic flux of at least one of the permanent magnets.
