Zusammenfassung:	A spacer for connecting an inhaler device to a mask, including an elongated cylindrical first member extending along a central axis between a proximal end adapted to receive an inhaler device and a distal end having a particle reflecting surface, and wherein the first member has an inner channel extending along the central axis, and an elongated cylindrical second member extending along a central axis between a closed proximal end and a distal end adapted to connect to a mask, wherein the second member defines an inner channel extending along the central axis of the second member and wherein the first member and the second member are connected such that the inner channels of the members are joined lengthwise.
