Zusammenfassung:	A surface conditioner for a coating agent is provided. The surface conditioner for the coating agent comprises: a copolymer composed of 1 to 40 parts by weight of an acrylate monomer (A) having a siloxy group, 2 to 80 parts by weight of an N-vinyllactam monomer (B), and 10 to 97 parts by weight of an alkyl(meth)acrylate monomer (C) of which an alkyl group has 1 to 12 carbon atoms; and weight average molecular weight of the copolymer is 1000 to 120000. It is another object of the present invention to provide a coating agent to which said surface conditioner is blended.
