Zusammenfassung:A multimedia call model is provided to handle, maintain and control multimedia calls and their interactions in a network entity (100) for an end-user in the network. The call model provides a first Call Control Process (CCP) (102) having a first media service type and associated with a first group of agents (104, 106), and a second CCP (112) having a second media service type and associated with a second group of agents (114, 116, 118, 124, 126, 128). The call model also provides a Multimedia Call Process (MMCP) (150) for facilitating the arrangement and/or communication between the two CCPs.
