Zusammenfassung:	A method is for closing a solenoid valve in which the solenoid valve is charged with a first current value that results in a first closing of the solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve is subsequently charged with a second current value that results in a renewed partial opening of the solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve is subsequently charged with a third current value that results in a second closing of the solenoid valve, the third current value being selected such that the second closing takes place with a higher closing speed of the solenoid valve than does the first closing.
