The insulating layer disposed on the substrate covers the first bridges and the substrate. The conductive columns are connected between the first sensing pads and the first bridges. The second bridges, the first sensing pads, the second sensing pads, the reticulated electrode, and the discharge electrodes are disposed on the insulating layer. Each of the second bridges is connected between two adjacent second sensing pads. The first sensing pads and the second sensing pads are located in openings of the reticulated electrode respectively and electrically insulated from the reticulated electrode. Each of the discharge electrodes connected to the reticulated electrode is located between two adjacent first sensing pads and between two adjacent second sensing pads. |
