Zusammenfassung:	The present application relates to a surgical connecting device for connecting a first and second cutting block which each serve to make an incision on a first and second anatomical structure, comprising: a first attaching section for attaching the surgical connecting device to the first cutting block by a mechanical connection; a second attaching section for attaching the surgical connecting device to the second cutting block by a releasable mechanical connection; and a spacing section which spaces the first attaching section away from the second attaching section.
