Zusammenfassung:	A cutter actuation mechanism for cutting printing media in handheld printer is disclosed. The cutter actuation mechanism includes a cutting mechanism having an open position and a cut position. The cutter actuation mechanism further includes a pair of buttons operatively connected to the blade to move the blade from the open position to the cut position. Depressing at least one of the pair of buttons moves the blade from the open position to the cut position.
