Zusammenfassung:	A casing for integrally accommodating a motor generator and an inverter includes an accommodating portion forming an inverter accommodating space, and an accommodating portion forming a motor accommodating space. The casing has a structure wherein the accommodating portions are integrally formed. Thereby, a drive device for a hybrid vehicle having the inverter and the motor generator accommodated in an integrated fashion prevents external leakage of electromagnetic noises of the inverter from the drive device.
