Zusammenfassung:	A cable cooling apparatus, for dissipating heat generated by a cable, includes a housing disposed on a portion of a cable and defining a fluid-tight cavity therewithin. The housing is configured to cool at least a portion of the cable. The housing also includes one or more inlets, configured to receive fluid in the housing, and one or more outlets in fluid communication with an inlet for discharging the fluid from the housing. The fluid enters the housing through an inlet, circulates through a portion of the housing and absorbs thermal energy from a portion of the cable.
