A first substrate includes a first inner surface which faces a second substrate in an opposed manner and a first outer surface on a side thereof opposite to the second substrate. The second substrate includes a second inner surface which faces the first substrate in an opposed manner and a second outer surface on a side thereof opposite to the first substrate. The inorganic thin film is formed on the first or second inner surface in a close contact manner.
