The material includes an inner layer composed of a resin film, a first adhesive layer, a metal layer, a second adhesive layer, and an outer layer composed of a resin film. At least one of the first adhesive layer or the second adhesive layer is composed of an adhesive composition, as an essential component, selected from the group consisting of a resin having an active hydrogen group in a side chain, polyfunctional isocyanates, and a polyfunctional amine compound.
