| Zusammenfassung: | A system and method of compression is disclosed that includes the generation of position codes based on positions of individual codes. Individual codes having the same value are adjacent in the position code and are separated by a spacer code. The position codes can be generated from individual codes in increasing value or decreasing value of the individual codes. The position code can be prefixed by a maximum value of the individual codes or prefixed by a total number of the individual codes. The individual codes can be representative of an audio or a video data stream. |
