Zusammenfassung:	A fluorescent display device includes an aluminum wiring layer formed on an insulating substrate; an insulating layer formed on the aluminum wiring layer, the insulating layer being provided with a through-hole disposed on the aluminum wiring layer; a conductive layer filled in the through-hole. The fluorescent display device further includes an anode conductor formed on the insulating layer to cover the conductive layer and a phosphor layer formed on the anode conductor. The conductive layer is formed of solid mixture containing aluminum and graphite.
