Zusammenfassung:A display substrate includes a transparent substrate, a pixel layer, an organic insulation layer, a transparent electrode and a reflective electrode. The pixel layer is formed on the transparent substrate. The pixel layer has pixel parts arranged in a matrix shape. Each of the pixel parts has a transmissive region and a reflective region. The organic insulation layer is formed on the pixel layer. The organic insulation layer has reflective patterns of decreasing size along a direction from a center of the reflective region to a periphery of the reflective region. The transparent electrode is formed on the organic insulation layer. The reflective electrode is formed on the transparent electrode such that the reflective electrode is disposed over the reflective region. Therefore reflectance efficiency of ambient light is enhanced.
